Around Faversham
After the standout success of our last 2 Social Trails to Margate and Rochester, we are now going to explore the vibrant town of Faversham, home to Kent’s biggest Brewer – the renown Shepherd Neame.
Itinerary:
- 12:00 meet at the Leading Light, Wetherspoons.
- 13:00 to 13:45 The Sun Inn.
- 14:00 to 14:45 The Bear Inn.
- 15:00 to 15:45 The Bank (Time & Tide).
- 16:00 to 16:45 Furlongs Ale House.
- From Furlongs there are a couple of optional add-ins: The Leading Light again and/or Creeker’s Tap,
- 17:00: Closing tthe trail at a very popular pub: The Elephant.
This leaves us close to the Railway Station, with trains back to Thanet 31 and 50 past the hour.
